These are the base services that we provide for all of our clients: •    Bank account transactions downloaded and coded. •    Monthly Profit & Loss statement emailed to the Client. •    Check-in as necessary to update on financial status (meeting or phone call). •    Year-end financial documents provided to tax accountant.

We assist with implimenting and overseeing processes to ensure the bills and expenses are paid on time. We will stay on top of the bills so that our clients don't have to! Not only that, but approval flows can be implimented into our client's business to ensure bills and expenses are approved by the correct individual before executing the payment. We know how important it is for our client's to be on top of invoicing, receiving payments, and keeping the accounts receivable as low as possible. We can impliment processes and approval flows to ensure our client's customers are invoiced on time and have a method to pay our clients.

Managing receipts for business transactions is a tedius taks that can be somewhat time consuming. It is important to keep and store copies of receipts, invoices, and bills in case of an IRS audit or a need to verify historical spending. We organize our client provided receipts and link them to the corresponding transaction. We help impliment processes for our clients to easily and efficiently provide our bookkeeping firm with the receipts. To ensure all of our client's business transactions have receipts linked to them, we notify them of any receipts that are needed on a regular basis.
